Parents and children supported by Henry become a healthier weight and make statistically significant lifestyle changes which independent clinical trials show are sustained at follow-up. The provider will offer sessions that support parents to give themselves and their children the best opportunity to develop healthy relationships with food and physical activity. The initial term of the Contract will be 2 years with an option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance outcomes and agreement by the Authority, for two further periods of one year (2+1+1) taking the contract term to a maximum of 4 years.
