BCP Council plans to appoint an operator to open a concession contract from the newly refurbished Durley Hub (situated on the promenade in the Durley Chine area of Bournemouth, Dorset) from Spring 2026. 
We are engaging with the supply market early to seek new and innovative ideas and better understand what is possible. This will inform our requirements and promote the planned tender process. Our formal tender process is planned for late 2025 once we have completed market engagement.
