## Notice

In broad terms, scope is: * Provide Bonded Logistics for the provision of hardware and peripherals to PDS staff and customer staff. * Provide for secure storage of same * Provide for secure destruction of same * Provide for reuse of same where deemed appropriate * Deliver to agreed SLAs in line with ICT Service Provision to PDS staff and customers This will be for a 3-year period prospectively starting 1 October 2025 to end 31 September 2028, with termination for convenience of 3-months available throughout, and including a 3-month handover period for the existing supplier if necessary.

### Planning Information

This notice is issued to support the ethos of full transparency from the Buyer's perspective.
Engagement comprised normal business interactions with the incumbent supplier and their sub-contractor, which has been used through experience and observation to inform the enhancement of a service specification to be included as part of the tender.
Interactions were remote via Microsoft Teams and emails on a BAU basis.
It is considered that no specific advantage was gained by these interactions beyond that which naturally occurs as a result of familiarity gained in delivering service (e.g. knowledge of Buyer's organisational needs and structure etc.)
The Buyer did not ask for or receive advice from the incumbent on the formulation of the prospective tender.
Th engagement is considered ongoing due to the continuation of service from the incumbent.
It should also be noted that there are other interactions with the incumbent in relation to other contracts between the parties. Those interactions are entirely independent of and have no bearing on the interactions in relation to this contract or the prospective tender to be associated with this notice.
