These services may involve part or all of the software development lifecycle--from requirements gathering and design through to build, test, transition, and ongoing support. Suppliers should demonstrate experience across a variety of technologies and delivery methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall, with the flexibility to propose the most appropriate approach for each engagement.
