The Customer is required to run a tender process to appoint one single Supplier for Cleaning Services for 3 academies to align with their current contracts ending November 2024 and will continue on a rolling basis until a new supplier has been appointed. Cleaning services are currently provided by external suppliers. This process is required to ensure: 1. An open, collaborate partnership between the Customer and the Supplier. 2. The Customer is regularly consulted on the service. 3. Service quality monitoring is adequate, including reporting to appointed trust contact. 4.
