These will need investigating and rectifying within the prescribed timescales. We also require the Contractor to liaise with STW or other local water authority to confirm findings or remedial work undertaken in relation to the Section 75. If the fault is found to be a non-Council managed property or non HRA land i.e. private owner occupier then the Contractor is expected to inform Nottingham City Council, the tenant, the owner occupier as well as the local water authority. NB "This is a Pipeline Notice published in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 to forewarn the market of a future tender opportunity, and does not require any action from potential bidders at this time. When the tender goes live a further notice will be published giving details. The tender will be published on the Councils e-tendering platform which can be found at https://www.eastmidstenders.org.
