The supplier will provide and facilitate access to health improvement activities tailored for deafblind individuals. These activities are designed to enhance health literacy, encourage healthy behaviours, and support long-term well-being The service will offer a transcription facility converting written patient information from English to Braille, upon request. This ensures patients who are blind or deafblind can independently access their healthcare information.
