A total of eight tenders were received, with three deemed fully compliant and approved for commercial evaluation. Technical assessments were conducted between 11 August and 22 August 2025. Informed Solutions Limited were the successful bidder and have been awarded the contract for the sum of PS10,361,050 (comprising of a maximum of PS1,301,050 for the initial term plus the optional statements of work to a value of PS9,060,000) for the provision of the Geospatial Enabling Programme Delivery Partner. The contract value is an estimate only for resourcing costs and does not include costs for technology or digitising of data.
