This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses, particularly those specialising in delivering services related to education, health, and social care. It is suitable for small and medium enterprises as well as voluntary and community sector organisations, offering a chance to contribute to the community by supporting children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities. Participating in the early market engagement event could provide valuable insights into the council's vision and expectations, allowing businesses to better align their services with the procurement requirements, thus enhancing the likelihood of competitive tender submissions.
