## Summary

The procurement process involves the Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust seeking expressions of interest to support a 24/7 Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre (NMHC) pilot in East Birmingham. The initiative is classified under miscellaneous health services and is in the planning stage, with a future notice date set for 4th August 2025. This tender adopts the Provider Selection Regime, as per the Health Care Services Regulations 2023, and aims to evaluate proposals through a Most Suitable Provider process. This initiative targets delivery in the UKG region, specifically focussing on areas in East Birmingham, including Small Health, Bordesley Green, and Heartlands.

This tender presents business growth opportunities, particularly for organisations specialising in community engagement, health services, and collaborative initiatives. Businesses within the voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise (VCFSE) sectors, and those with expertise in culturally rooted, community-led mental health solutions, will find opportunities to lead and partner in various aspects of the 24/7 NMHC pilot. The tender spans three distinct lots, including VCFSE-led projects, community partnerships, and the establishment of a collective to support local grassroots initiatives, fostering an environment conducive to innovation and scalability across community mental health services.
