## Notice

HIWE currently operates an internal Evaluation and Insights team that provides bespoke analytics and evaluation services to internal stakeholders. HIWE intends to rapidly appoint a third-party supplier or suppliers to provide evaluation and analytical support over an initial period of three years, with the potential to extend for two further periods of 12 months.
