The Authority invites applications from suitably experienced providers who wish to be considered for selection to apply for admission to the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Learning and Development Services. The DPS went live on 29th June 2017 and will operate for a period of up to 10 years, to be reviewed annually. The Council offers three lots under the DPS which are: Lot 1: Apprenticeship Programmes; Lot 2: First Aid and Health and Safety Training
