We will allocate a maximum of 6 x 1 hour slots in which suppliers can provide a demonstration of there Digital platform which supports Supported Self-Management for patients and Remote Monitoring for clinicians, with provision of real-time test results educational materials, two way messaging.
ABUHB will select 6 suppliers that they wish to view as informal demonstrations - The suppliers will be chosen at random from suppliers that ABUHB feel can provide the service
