## Summary

The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, located in Great Yarmouth, is in the planning stage of procuring soft facilities management (FM) services. This process, initiated with a Request for Information (RFI), seeks to engage with experienced FM suppliers capable of enhancing service quality and achieving cost savings. With a focus on a wide range of services, including cleaning, catering, portering, security, and more, the tender invites responses by 25 July 2025 via Atamis. The estimated contract value is £45 million, with potential gross value of £54 million, covering a location in the UKH15 region, and follows the Public Authority Central Government procurement classification.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in facilities management services, particularly those with a strong track record in delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions in the healthcare sector. Companies with expertise in managing large-scale operations, such as cleaning, catering, and security in hospital settings, would find this procurement particularly beneficial for growth. The contract, anticipated to commence in February 2026 and extend to January 2030, with possible renewals, requires a strategic approach to support the healthcare trust's operational efficiency and service excellence.
