## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Renewal: The initial term of the Contract will be for the period of two (2) years from commencement, but may be extended, by mutual agreement by three (3) increments of twelve (12) months to an expiry date no later than 31st January 2031. The Contract will be subject to review in during the initial term and the result of those reviews will inform the Council's decision as to whether any extension period will be offered.
