## Notice

The Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS), on behalf of the Belfast (BHSCT), Northern (NHSCT), South Eastern (SEHSCT), and Southern (SHSCT) Health and Social Care Trusts within Northern Ireland, wish to invite tenders for the Supply and delivery of urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and body fluids microscopy analyser(s), reagents, consumables and quality control (QC).

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Options: The buyer reserves the right to procure additional volumes of goods throughout the duration of the contract as well the option for purchasing additional equipment or peripherals in the event of funding becoming available or advances in technology.

Renewal: Provision to extend for any period up to and including 24 months after contract end date and a further option of up to and including an addition 18 months in case of unforeseen delays in the renewal tendering process, which is an additional precaution.

We invite prospective suppliers to participate in this initial market engagement exercise by initially completing the Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire.
