## Notice

The London Borough of Bromley is seeking to commission multiple residential care providers able to deliver semi-independent placements across multiple homes within their estate. The contract would be for 2 years with an option to extend for a further year. The first step of the procurement process is to engage with the market through this Expression of Interest. The primary aim is to identify that there are interested and capable providers available, which will inform our approach to procuring the services. Our requirements are split into two lots. The first being 16-18 years olds and the second being 18+. Please see the document attached to our ProContract portal for further details of our requirements, including how to register an interest in this opportunity and the mandatory criteria that you will need to fulfil.

### Planning Information

The engagement will be via the return of an Expression of Interest form. The form is available on our ProContract portal (https://www.londontenders.org/) and response must be made on the portal.
The form asks for basic information about the potential provision, as well as feedback on our requirements. This will help us understand the size and nature of the market, and will inform any subsequent procurement exercise.
