EOECPH are inviting potentially interested organisations to a market engagement event with regards to the creation of a framework agreement for Roadside Assistance and Vehicle Recovery across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight. The purpose of this notice is to inform & engage with potential suppliers to understand market capability and capacity to deliver the framework service. The purpose of the market engagement is to: a) Understand Market Capability & Capacity to meet the requirements of the intended Framework agreement. b) Advise of scope of new framework agreement. (What’s in & out of scope) c) Advise and discuss our Commercial application intentions. d) Discuss our Activity Based Income (ABI) application. Market Engagement session will be held on 4 September 2025 at Victoria House, Cambridge (this may be subject to change). By expressing your interest, you will be permitted to bring no more than x2 individuals from each Organisation.
