## Notice

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) is commissioning a Provider to deliver the Youth Education Service. This Service is a targeted, evidence-based education and prevention Service focused on the harms associated with vaping, including smoking, alcohol and drugs and gambling. The Service will provide structured learning opportunities for children and young people (CYP), their families and the professionals who support them. Operating across schools and alternative provisions, the Service is designed to enhance the statutory Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) curriculum, acting as an additional support Service, to equip young people with the skills and resilience, to make positive health decisions.

Renewal: Prior to the expiry of this Contract, the Council may, at its absolute discretion, and after reasonable consultation with the Provider, serve notice on the Provider in writing extending the term of this Contract for a further period of twelve (12) months
