Providers are invited to participate in this Preliminary Market Engagement to help inform and shape the Council’s approach to commissioning a targeted Short Breaks service. Ahead of a tender process for a new service anticipated to start in April 2027, Bracknell Forest Council are seeking to engage with providers that can deliver high quality activities for the following groups of young people with disabilities: - Primary Age - Primary Age with Complex Needs - Secondary Age - Secondary Age with Complex Needs Areas to discuss with bidding suppliers will include: - To outline the Council’s proposed model for the Targeted Short Breaks Service - To provide an overview of the Proactis E-tender Portal - To allow providers the opportunity to ask questions about the model Both an in-person session at Bracknell Forest Council offices and online session via Microsoft Teams will be offered to suppliers.
