Contracting Authorities will not be permitted to Direct Award under this framework and must conduct a further competition to call-off their individual requirements. Contracts are not exclusive; therefore, award to more than one supplier is permitted. A breakdown of the specific Quality criteria used for the framework can be found in the Contract Award Notice.
