## Summary

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Avon & Somerset, along with Commissioners from Devon & Cornwall, Dorset, and Wiltshire, is in the planning phase for the procurement of SWF Digital Kiosks in the United Kingdom's South West region. This initiative falls under the industry category of goods, specifically targeting computer-related equipment and industry-specific software applications. The procurement process, currently at the "planning" stage, focuses on replacing end-of-life kiosks used for the Level 1 extraction of data from mobile devices. A preliminary market engagement is underway, with a deadline to respond by 6th August 2025, to consult the market for solutions that meet organisational and compliance requirements.

This tender offers significant business growth opportunities, particularly for suppliers specialising in computer hardware and software development. Businesses adept in delivering NEP compliant digital forensic solutions, including implementation, support, and training services, will find this tender particularly attractive. Suppliers with capabilities in providing secure and innovative data extraction technology are well-suited to compete, as they can contribute to a crucial aspect of law enforcement support services, expanding their foothold in the public sector market.
