## Summary

The Westminster Foundation for Democracy Limited is currently at the tender stage for a procurement process concerning website hosting and support services. The project seeks to engage a provider to manage hosting, technical support, and development services for the WFD website. Falling within the category of IT services, the competition is open and below threshold, targeting services such as consulting, software development, Internet, and support. The deadline for tender submissions is set for 1st August 2025, with the enquiry period ending on 24th July 2025. The contract will commence on 8th September 2025 and will be located within the UK, with an active status and a gross value of £50,000. The procurement follows an open method, with submissions required by email, and will establish a framework agreement with a single supplier.

This tender offers vast opportunities for businesses specialising in IT services to expand their portfolio and secure a reliable contract with a notable sub-central government public authority. Since the framework will be established with a single supplier, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are particularly encouraged to participate, offering strategic advice and technical expertise to ensure the WFD's online presence remains secure, accessible, and effective. With a focus on developing new or enhancing existing website functionalities using Drupal 10, companies with experience in content management systems and compliance with UK Government's secure website principles would find this procurement advantageous.
