This pre-market engagement exercise aligns with our Progress with Unity strategy, a borough-wide movement to: - Create fair opportunities for all residents and businesses - Help towns and neighbourhoods flourish through safety, inclusion, and resilience We invite providers of innovative, user-friendly, and scalable digital platforms to express interest in helping us meet the requirements of Martyn's Law while advancing our mission to build a safer, more connected Wigan. Organisations expressing an interest will be required to satisfy a basic key requirement prior to being invited to present their proposals. This engagement is part of Wigan Council's market testing activity and will inform the development of future procurement requirements.
