This Framework supports both planned and reactive remediation projects across residential and mixed-use properties and is available for use by all UK public sector contracting authorities. The procurement was conducted through an open process. The opportunity was open to all competent contractors with demonstrable experience in building remediation and fire safety. Bidders were able to apply for one or more workstreams, via CPV codes, UK regions, and contract value bands, reflecting their organisational capability, experience, and capacity. Envelope and External Works Facade repairs and replacement Roof repairs, renewal, and balcony refurbishment Window and door replacement programmes D. Internal Building Safety Works Lift upgrades and refurbishment Ventilation and smoke extraction system improvements Mechanical & Electrical systems upgrades required for regulatory compliance E. Compliance and Specialist Surveys Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) including FRA Type 1-4 Intrusive investigations, opening-up works, removal, and management Specialist compliance surveys relevant to remediation programmes
