(Phase 1) Tenderers are requested to submit a concept design for the proposed community open space on Drake Road (Phase 2) The Concept Design is for Information Only, Please note: The concept design will not influence the ranking of tenders beyond the additional five points awarded for submission. ### Planning Information Phase 1: Scope: Development of a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) suitable for various sports and recreational activities. Design and installation of an inclusive play area catering to 18 months to 5 year children's age groups and abilities. Supply and installation of outdoor fitness equipment for community health and wellness. Funding: Funding for this phase has already been secured.
