## Notice

Extensions will be considered based on: The supplier meeting or exceeding agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), The supplier's ongoing compliance with legal, safeguarding, and health & safety obligations, The Trust's strategic priorities and budgetary constraints. Each extension will be formally agreed in writing before the expiry of the initial or subsequent term.
