## Notice

SmarTeam is a Product Data Management (PDM) system, which underpins UKAEA's current Technical Document Management System (TDMS). Whilst SmarTeam is still operational, it is now classified as a legacy system by the vendor and is increasingly misaligned with UKAEA's evolving business and technical requirements. To safeguard business continuity and mitigate long-term risks, UKAEA is proactively assessing future replacement options. Deliver a Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) solution to UKAEA supporting contemporary Engineering and Scientific programmes e.g. Lithium Breeding Tritium Innovation (LIBRTI) programme. This is a market engagement exercise only and tender publishing dates and contract values are estimates at this stage and are very likely to change.
