## Notice

The British High Commission Nairobi is seeking the service of a supplier to provide fire response and equipment maintenance services. The service provider should be able to provide service for the 2 lots, Lot 1: Supply and maintenance of fire of fire-fighting equipment and Lot 2: 24 hour emergency fire response services.

### Lot Information

Lot 1: Supply and maintenance of fire of fire-fighting equipment

The supplier shall carry out inspections of all fire protection equipment. The equipment is to be tested, serviced, repaired, maintained and/or replaced comprise of:

Renewal: Subject to satisfactory performance

Lot 2: 24 hour emergency fire response services.

The Supplier shall provide 24-hour emergency fire response services to all designated properties of the British High Commission. These services must be delivered within agreed and acceptable response timeframes. The standard response time, in alignment with UK emergency service standards, is under six (6) minutes from the time of notification
