This will form two parts: A desktop analysis of our stock condition database to consider its completeness and ability to produce an overall cost output A stock condition survey exercise covering new surveys and recent survey work undertaken by our team Further information on the requirement can be found in the Specification. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Renewal: The Council proposes to enter one contract for an initial period of thirty six (36) months with the preferred supplier with an option to extend for a further period of twenty four (24) months making a maximum period of sixty (60) months in total (3+2 = 5 years). Any proposed extension is subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier and in accordance with the Council's business requirements.
