I We are seeking a single FM compliance partner who can take on end-to-end responsibility for managing all statutory compliance activities across our estate and support the implementation of a robust CAFM backed system of delivery, reporting, and data management system. This will provide central visibility, enable performance management through KPIs, and improve long-term compliance outcomes. For information, the indicative annual spend value of the compliance works (based on current GMFRS estimates) is approximately: PS210,000 with a further PS220,000 on Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPMs). We have further budget regarding remedial works which varies year on year.
