## Summary

The public procurement process conducted by the London Borough of Harrow has reached the award stage for the Homes for Ukraine Programme 2025-26. This initiative falls under the health and social work services industry category and is aimed at providing support for Ukrainian refugees and sponsors within the Harrow area, located in the UKI74 region. The contract commenced on 1st April 2025 and is set to conclude on 30th September 2026, with a gross contract value of £108,000. The Romanian and Eastern European Hub, based in Wembley, has been the awarded supplier, playing a crucial role in achieving the programme's desired outcomes.

This tender presents significant opportunities for growth for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly those with a focus on services related to refugee support and community integration. Organisations that can deliver health and social work services or that contribute to community resilience and development, especially in diverse and challenging contexts, would find this opportunity aligned with their expertise. The involvement in such a programme not only allows businesses to expand their operations within the public sector but also enables them to build strong, strategic partnerships, enhancing their portfolio of social impact projects.
