## Notice

This currently includes assuring and managing the payments in respect of DWP's property portfolio including but not limited to rents, rates, insurance and service charges and the collection of rents and service charges from DWP's tenants. The LLM contract delivers a key service to the Department and is responsible for payment of approximately PS320m per year in rent, rates and service charges.
