## Summary

North Ayrshire Council is in the planning stages of establishing a flexible framework for the "Adult and Children/Young Persons Care and Support Flexible Framework." The procurement process is governed by the Light Touch Regime and is intended to commence on 11 January 2026, with a contract term of nine years, including reviews and potential breakpoints every three years. Interested parties must complete a questionnaire and submit it by 21 August 2025, while further notices and details will be available from 1 October 2025. The services will be delivered across localities in North Ayrshire, United Kingdom, offering significant opportunities within the public service sector.

This procurement presents substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in health and social care services. Companies with expertise in providing care solutions for individuals with varying disabilities and needs, including transition services for youths, can leverage this framework to expand their service offerings and establish a long-term partnership with a regional authority. The framework's multi-lot structure allows businesses of different sizes, particularly those capable of delivering creative and community-based support, to compete for specific lots that align with their strengths.
