## Notice

To support service users to have, where assessed as appropriate by registered health care professionals within the Consortium, rapid access to effective and evidence-based harm reduction and harm prevention strategies. c. To support those service users who are preparing for a Residential Rehabilitation placement to address any current physical and psychological dependency.
