### Procurement Information

ZOLL Medical Corporation are the sole UK distributor of servicing, training and spare parts for the EMV + 731 series PHEM Ventilator. ZOLL hold the IPR for the design of the equipment and are the Technical Authority for any changes applicable to the products. The above is in accordance with the PA2023 Direct Award justifications - Schedule 5 Paragraphs 5-7 .
