The contract will start in January 2026 for an initial term of two years (annual value of PS30,000, totalling PS60,000 over the initial period). There will be one option to extend for a further two years ( PS60,000 if extension is exercised). An additional PS30,000 has been provisionally allocated to allow for potential future variations to the contract, such as changes in scope or service requirements and pricing flexibility, subject to appropriate governance.
