## Summary

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David, along with Coleg Sir Gâr and Pembrokeshire College, has concluded the award stage for Lot 2 of the Professional Estates Consultancy Services Framework. This open procurement procedure, representing the "services" industry category, sought property consultancy services. The procurement was conducted in the Carmarthen, Llanelli, and Haverfordwest regions under the UKL14 postal area of the United Kingdom. With the award signed on 22 October 2025, the framework aims to commence service delivery on 10 November 2025, lasting initially for four years, with the possibility of two extensions that can extend the framework to eight years. The awarded value for Lot 2 is approximately £1,800,000 gross, with three SMEs—Savills, Lancaster Maloney Martin Ltd, and Newmark Gerald Eve LLP—securing supplier roles. This award notice marks the completion of the procurement stages described in Document 067975-2025.

This framework presents substantial growth opportunities for businesses proficient in real estate and estate consultancy services. The framework's structure encourages SMEs to partake in bidding processes, providing pathways for involvement in strategic estate management, project management, lease negotiations, and more. Relevant businesses, especially those specialising in property consultancy and management services, are well-placed to benefit from these contracts, which are essential to supporting the ongoing and planned projects within the participating educational institutions. The provision to allow new suppliers to join the framework in the third and sixth year ensures that evolving enterprises can engage with this significant procurement opportunity, ensuring long-term development and diversification for suppliers aligned with the framework's goals.
