Lot 1

Renewal: The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further period(s) of up to three (3) years in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, subject to satisfactory performance. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum length of the contract, if extended, will not exceed six (6) years subject to there is a business case for continuation of the Services, satisfactory performance and by mutual agreement between the parties.
