## Summary

The NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is embarking on the procurement process for the "SEL The Well Centre" located in Lambeth, London. Governed by the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, this process bypasses the traditional Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The procurement pertains to the health services industry, specifically aiming to influence emotional health and well-being systems in the region. It is currently in the award stage, having entered the standstill period as of 14 August 2025, with the contract set to commence on 1 September 2025 and potentially extend until 31 March 2027. The contract, valued at £676,433 for the initial 19 months, is poised for decision on award credibility by Lambeth Place and the London Borough of Lambeth by 26 August 2025.

This tender offers growth opportunities primarily for healthcare providers with proven innovative solutions and a commitment to reducing health inequalities. Businesses operating within the health services sector, especially those that can demonstrate high quality and integration capabilities, are best positioned to take advantage. The procurement method implies a limited competitive field, suggesting that companies with existing frameworks or partnerships within NHS systems may find themselves at an advantage. Moreover, the emphasis on social value and collaboration could appeal to enterprises prioritising community engagement and service sustainability.
