The scope of the Contract is the external cyclical maintenance to approximately 1,021 Community Gateway Association properties, including: *Cleaning gutters and fascias *Cleaning canopies *Cleaning down composite doors and frames *Cleaning down window frames *Painting cast iron pipework *Painting doors and frames *Painting meter boxes and doors *Painting brickwork *Paint canopies *Painting handrails *Painting coping stones *Painting timber fascias and soffits *Painting soffit boards any depth *Painting general surfaces - timber/metal Further details on the location of the properties are set out in Appendix 1 (Specification) of the Invitation to Tender document.
