The selected supplier will be commissioned to supply, install and service new or refurbished straight and curved track Stairlifts and Specialists Lifts for Southend-on-Sea residents who have been identified to be need of home adaptation requirements, and will delivered to both private and Council properties with agreed scheduled services and repairs including 24-hour callouts and rapid responses. Through this PTME, Southend-on-Sea City Council aims to: * Prepare the market for the potential upcoming tender opportunity, and to ensure suppliers have the opportunity to sign-up to the Council's e-sourcing platform. * Understand the market's appetite to be involved in the potential upcoming tender opportunity. * Understand the capacity of the market and timescales for the delivery of the required services. * Refine the service specification and deliverable to ensure that the service is achievable, practical and effective for our residents who will benefit from its delivery. * Understand opportunities, costs and risks associated with delivering these services. ### Planning Information Early Market Engagement: Southend-on-Sea City Council wishes to receive information and market knowledge from any interested potential bidder or relevant supplier in the Stairlift and Adaptions sector.
