## Notice

Using learning from a model similar to Gateshead- with our roles working similarly to community bridge builders. CHDW will be recruited on basis of skills and trust within communities of interest. RENS will use Health Creation approach which utilises a relational model based in a deep community connection. This approach will aim to build agency and community strength. RENS intend to use tools including ripple mapping to measure impact of this project.
