## Summary

The London Universities Purchasing Consortium is inviting tenders for the "Estates Professional Services (Sustainable) Framework," targeted at establishing a comprehensive supply framework for sustainable services in the higher education and public sectors. This initiative, located in London, falls under the services category, focusing specifically on construction project management, consultancy, and engineering design across various lots. Utilising an open and competitive flexible procurement method, the process follows a two-stage application mechanism. Key timelines include the end of the enquiry period on 22nd September 2025, tender submissions due by 14th November 2025, and awards concluding by 1st December 2025. The contract, worth up to £60 million gross, will be in place from January 2026 to January 2028, with possible extensions based on performance.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in estates construction, quantity surveying, architectural, and engineering services, particularly for SMEs. Companies that demonstrate robust service capabilities and innovative practices in these areas stand a good chance of securing a spot on this prestigious multi-lot framework. With potential call-off contracts for diverse projects, suppliers can benefit from substantial and sustained engagements throughout the framework's duration, aiding in portfolio expansion and industry reputation enhancement.
