The procurement process is set to establish a Framework of 8 Lots. Each Lot will consist of a maximum of 8 suppliers who can demonstrate a robust approach to the services required. The Services will be availble for UKUPC members. Evidence and demonstratable experience will need to be shown to achive a place on the Framework as per the award criteria in the documentation. ### Lot Information Lot 2 - Project Management To appoint a Project Manager to oversee and deliver estates construction projects ensuring successful completion of said projects within scope, time, and budget. Renewal: One year extension availible based on service levels. Lot 1 - Lead Contractor To appoint a Lead Contractor to provide comprehensive estates/construction professional services, ensuring efficient management of the required services. Renewal: One year extension availible based on service levels. Lot 3 - Quantity Surveyor To appoint a Quantity Surveyor to provide expert cost management and financial advice for estates projects, ensuring value for money and financial efficiency. Renewal: One year extension availible based on service levels. Lot 4 - Structural Engineering Services To appoint Structural Engineering Services to provide expert analysis, design, and oversight for structural aspects of estates projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance.
