## Notice

NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to engage and attend a market engagement for the Provision of Children and Young People Workforce Training Offer. Please note this is a market testing exercise and does not commit the ICBs to carry out any further procurement process. Current services will remain in place during this period in line with existing contracts and service level agreement. Any future opportunity will be advertised in accordance with the regulations. The Contracting Authority will be using an eTendering system for this market testing exercise. Further information and the expression of interest documentation can be found via the 'Live Opportunities' list on the e-procurement system at the following link: https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/?searchtype=Projects. You can search for the opportunity by entering the following contract ref C383954 The aim of this Expression of Interest is to; 1. provide the market with visibility of the proposed opportunity; 2. support the ICB decision making to inform the future commissioning of services (as applicable); 3. to help define the future service approach, model and timelines; 4. to gauge the level of interest from the market of capable providers with capacity across the region to deliver the services noted above. 5. Invite interested Providers to attend a Market Engagement sessions to provide feedback on Thursday 11th September 2025. A further advertisement will be issued at the appropriate time. You will not be disadvantaged in any subsequent process if you choose not to respond to this market testing process, but the Commissioner wishes to understand your views. Registration to attend the market engagement event closes 17:00 hours 10th September 2025 Please note this is a market testing exercise and does not commit the ICB to carry out any further procurement process. Current services will remain in place during this period in line with existing contracts and service level agreements. Any future opportunity will be carried out in accordance with the ICB's procurement obligations under the Procurement Act 2023

The CYP Workforce Training offer will provide high quality learning and development opportunities to the CYP workforce to enable them to: 
• Build an awareness and understanding of common mental health and wellbeing issues for CYP
• Identify behaviours and presentations which could indicate that a child or young person needs support
• Be knowledgeable of CYP mental health and community support services and how to support CYP and families to access them
• Learn good practice skills and techniques for supporting CYP in their workplace or volunteering organisation
• Become a Mental Health Champion for their organisation and work to improve policies and practices relating to mental health and wellbeing
• Be part of a network of Mental Health Champions with opportunities for peer support and shared learning
The proposed contract is for a period of 3 years with an annual value of £150,000 per annum full inclusive of any applicable VAT
