The procurement favours companies that can demonstrate quality, innovation, sustainability, and social value. Businesses in the healthcare sector already established in the region may find this contract particularly beneficial, given their potential to deliver integrated and collaborative services. The emphasis on quality measures and integration within existing frameworks underscores the opportunity for service providers to drive growth, build resilience, and improve health outcomes for a diverse population.
