## Summary

ExtraCare Charitable Trust is currently in the planning stage for a procurement process concerning a new Finance System Software. The organisation, operating within the housing sector in the United Kingdom, is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers as part of a pre-tender market engagement. This initiative is aimed at understanding market capabilities and informing the development of procurement strategy and system requirements. The engagement focuses on finance systems suitable for the charity's operation across its 18 retirement villages, addressing various finance functionalities with a preference for cloud-based deployment. Suppliers interested in participating should submit their responses by 12th September 2025.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in financial analysis and accounting software packages as well as software-related services. Companies with experience in providing finance systems for charities or housing associations will find this tender particularly relevant, as it seeks solutions that can integrate with existing systems such as OCR scanning and purchase order management. The procurement process anticipates the participation of SMEs and looks to engage suppliers able to provide strong support and training offerings, thereby enhancing business growth by fostering strategic partnerships and improving technological solutions within the charitable sector in the UK.
