The Contract is intended to provide assurance and transparency of results being achieved by the FCDO's implementing partners (IPs) and downstream partners in Ukraine to increase accountability to project beneficiaries and achieve greater assurance for the portfolio. The Contract will deliver against seven different work-streams. It will also work to pilot and if successful scale-up delivery of a CSO- led model of TPM.
