## Summary

The Dover Harbour Board is seeking planning services for the Port of Dover through an open tender process titled "Port of Dover - Planning Framework 2025 - 2029." As a private utility, the Board's procurement falls under the service category and is subject to a special regime for utilities. This tender invites submissions until 29 September 2025, at 09:00, and anticipates awarding the contract by 3 October 2025. The selected services will involve planning, managing, and integrating various project management functions on-site at the Port of Dover in the UKJ44 region, ensuring projects comply with governance and contractual obligations. The contract is valued at £2,000,000 and will span from 17 October 2025 to 17 October 2029, with potential extensions.
