Options: Forth Valley College reserves the right to add additional group of students or apprentices to the Agreement.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Agreement for a further 3 periods of 12 months until 31st May 2030, subject to satisfactory performance and continued Authority requirements.
